Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Automate & Graduate offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new Premium monthly subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What's covered
The refund guarantee applies to:
- New Premium monthly subscriptions within 14 days of initial payment
- Annual subscriptions within 14 days of initial payment
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@automateandgraduate.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We aim to respond within one business day.
What's not covered
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- Team plan seats that have already been accepted and used by team members
- Partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, access continues to the end of the billing period but no partial refund is issued
- Repeat refund requests (one refund per customer)
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
