1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Automate & Graduate (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Automate & Graduate is an online SAP learning platform that provides educational content, AI-assisted learning tools, quizzes, and exercises. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAP SE.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.
4. Free and Premium plans
The Service offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. The Certification Pack is a one-off purchase granting six months of access and does not renew.
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then and no partial-period refund is issued for the remainder of that period.
Separately from cancellation, a 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment on a plan. The full terms, including what is and is not covered, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where this section and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy governs.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute platform content; (b) share account credentials; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) interfere with the Service's operation or security.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Service are owned by Automate & Graduate or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.
7. Content accuracy & version disclaimer
Educational content on this platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute official SAP documentation. SAP software evolves across releases (ECC 6.0, S/4HANA 2020–2024, cloud editions). T-codes, menu paths, and processes described may differ from your specific SAP system version or configuration. Always verify procedures in your own environment before applying them in production.
8. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to assist with learning. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on AI responses as professional SAP consulting advice. Always verify critical information with official SAP documentation at help.sap.com. See our AI Disclaimer for full details.
9. No professional advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes professional SAP consulting advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. For production SAP implementations, configuration changes, or system upgrades, always engage a qualified SAP professional or certified partner.
10. Third-party trademarks
SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and related product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE. Automate & Graduate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its content is accurate or current for your SAP release or configuration, or that using it will result in passing any examination, obtaining any certification, or achieving any employment or salary outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. Where that is so, the above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms affects any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. For changes that materially reduce your rights or increase your obligations, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on your account and by notice in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the effective date and, for a prepaid unused period, request a pro-rata refund.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
You and we agree to try to resolve any dispute informally first: email hello@automateandgraduate.com with a description of the dispute and we will respond within 30 days. If it is not resolved within 60 days, the dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
