Favorites — Your Personal Shortcut Menu

What are Favorites?

Favorites are a personalised bookmark list on the SAP Easy Access screen. Instead of navigating the full menu tree every time, you can jump directly to your most-used transactions with one click.

Adding a Favorite

Three ways to add a T-code to Favorites:

Drag and drop

In the SAP menu tree, find the transaction, right-click → Add to Favorites. It appears immediately in your Favorites folder.

From the command field

If you know the T-code, go to Favorites → Add transaction in the menu bar. Type the T-code and confirm.

From inside a transaction

While running any transaction, go to Favorites → Add transaction — it auto-fills the current T-code. ## Organising Favorites Right-click your Favorites folder → Insert folder to create subfolders like "Daily Tasks", "Month-End", "Reports". Drag items between folders to reorganise. Right-click any entry → Change to rename it with a friendlier label (e.g., rename FB50 to "Post GL Journal").
