What you will do in FB50

- 02Enter today’s date in the Document Date field.
- 03Set the Posting Date — this decides which period the entry hits. Pick the right one.
- 04Line 1 is the DEBIT. Which G/L account records the office-supplies expense?
- 05Enter 1.000,00 as the debit amount.
- 06On line 2 (the CREDIT), enter account 113100 (Bank) — the cash leaves the bank.
- 07Enter the credit amount — it must make the document BALANCE. What should it be?
- 08The balance is 0,00. Click Post to save the document.
